Can I install it myself, or use a cloud version?
No. There is no cloud version and no self-install. We install Chatera on your own server for you, so your data stays with you.
What else will I pay for?
Your server, AI usage and Meta's WhatsApp message fees. You pay them directly, with no markup from us. We calculate the total for your business before you buy.
Is there a discount or a free trial?
No. Instead, you get the full license price back if we can't launch Chatera on your number and account within 14 days of payment.
Will my WhatsApp number or Instagram account be at risk?
